This program supplies a number of important reports about your layout. Go to the option on the main screen entitled "Print Layout Data". You will see a list on the left side. These reports are grouped into logical units.

This left list shows all the current reports available from this location. Simply select the report (the ones in black text) and you'll see the report previewed on the right. Below the list is a brief description of the reports. Press the "Print" button. There are more reports scattered around the program, just look for a Print button.

Reports that can be printed from this screen (There are many more reports scattered throughout the program, nearly 50 in all):

ReportName	Description
Alphabetical Car List Report	Lists all cars alphabetically for the entire layout, noting car's properties, location and destination
Alphabetical Freight Car List Report	Lists all freight cars alphabetically for the entire layout, noting car's properties, location and destination
Alphabetical MOW Car List Report	Lists all MOW and cabooses alphabetically for the entire layout, noting car's properties and location
Alphabetical Passenger Car List Report	Lists all passenger cars alphabetically for the entire layout, noting car's properties and location
Car Card Labels	2" x 4" labels of car cards for each unprinted card.
Car Inventory	Inventory of Rolling Stock and their model properties
Cars that Need Numbering	Use this report to both see which cars need to be assigned to these temporary numbers, or as a shopping list of cars to buy
Industry List	This report will print a list of all your industries. It is ordered by town, then industry number. It shows the sidings, cars on sidings, number of shipments that have been done both in and out. Also the description you entered.
Layout Change History Report	This report will print a list of the changes you make to your layout as reflected in this program. Adding industries, towns, rolling stock shipments, as well as editing and removals of them.
Layout Stats	Basic layout statistics
Locomotives Comment List	This report will print a list of all your locomotives including the comments you have made on each.
Locomotives List	This report will print a list of all your locomotives.
Locomotives Log List	This report will print a list of all your locomotives including the log listing for each.
Passenger Car Consist	This displays the consists for each passenger or mixed train you set up. It also shows the exchanges of cars with other trains.
Rolling Stock In Industries	This report list the location of all rolling stock by industry.
Rolling Stock In Yards	This report lists all the rolling stock in yards.
Rolling Stock List	This report will print a list of all your rolling stock. It is sorted by Car Type, then Car Number. It displays all the details for each car.
Rolling Stock Location Labels	Prints on 1 x 2 5/8 labels the car, it's location and destination. For use when you've run an open house and want cars returned to their proper place. Put these on post it notes which you attach to the top of the car.
Rolling Stock with Comments List	This report will print a list of all your rolling stock. It is sorted by Car Type, then Car Number. It displays all the details for each car as well as a complete list of all maintenance comments you have made on the car.
Rolling Stock with Move Log List	This report will print a list of all your rolling stock. It is sorted by Car Type, then Car Number. It displays all the details for each car as well as a complete list of all moves the car has made.
Route Listing	This report will print a list of all your routes with the towns, in order, and industries, on each route.
Shipment Listing by Frequency	This report will print a list of all your shipments. It is ordered by frequency, then season. Each shipment is then ordered by originating town, then originating industry, then destination town, then destination industry. It shows the number of cars, type, load, days car must stay to be filled/emptied.
Shipment Listing by Origin	This report will print a list of all your shipments. It is ordered by originating town, then originating industry, then destination town, then destination industry. It shows the number of cars, type, load, frequency, days car must stay to be filled/emptied, and the season the dispatch runs.
Shipments by Industry	List of all shipments. Shows each industry, within which you will see a section for in bound shipments and a section of out bound shipments.
Train Runs	This report will print a list of all your trains along with all the attributes you created for each train. It also displays the number of runs the train has done and when.
Trains List	Lists every train
Yard Master's Report	Select a yard, then print out a list of all cars and their destinations. List sorted by car number.
